小切口非超声乳化手术在防盲手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究小切口非超声乳化手术和超声乳化手术在防盲手术中的应用价值和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2011年5月-2012年7月采用小切口非超生乳化手术治疗的138例(138眼)患者的临床资料,并以同期采用常规超声乳化白内障吸除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗的128例(128眼)患者为对照组,比较两组患者手术时间、术后视力以及术后散光的发生率。结果:观察组患者术后第1天视力达到0.5及以上的为109例,术后1个月达到0.5及以上者128例,术后视力低于0.3着6例,对照组第1天视力达到0.5及以上的为74例,术后1个月达到0.5及以上者119例,术后视力低于0.3着8例,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=51.504、196.045、214.060,P<0.05)。观察组发生后囊破裂2例,早期角膜水肿13例、散光(>1.0D)36例,对照组发生后囊破裂2例,早期角膜水肿24例、散光(>1.0D)45例,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=121.835、142.812、43.985,P<0.05)。结论:小切口非超声乳化手术具有患者术后视力恢复快、视力恢复效果好,术中术后并发症发生率低等优点,能够满足防盲工作治疗要求。Objective：To study the application value and safety of small incision non-phacoemulsification surgery and phacoemulsification in visual rehabilitation.Methods：Retrospective analysis in May 2011 to July 2012 using Small incision will phacoemulsification surgery treatment of 138 cases（138 eyes） of patients with clinical data,and the same period in the surgery in visual rehabilitation combined iol implantation treatment of 128 cases（128 eyes） of patients as control group,compared between the two groups patients operative time,postoperative visual acuity and the incidence of postoperative astigmatism.Results：The observation group patients postoperative day 1 eyesight reached 0.5 and above for 109 cases,1 month after 0.5 and above 128 examples,postoperative visual acuity was less than 0.3 the 6 cases and control day 1 eyesight reached 0.5 and above for 74 cases,1 month after 0.5 and above 119 examples,postoperative visual acuity was less than 0.3 the 8 cases,group was compared between a statistically significant difference（χ2= 51.504,196.045,214.060,P 0.05）.After the occurrence of the observation group capsule rupture in 2 cases,13 cases of early corneal edema,astigmatism（ 1.0D）（36 cases） and control group after the occurrence of a capsule rupture in 2 cases,the early corneal edema 24 cases,astigmatism（ 1.0D） in 45 cases,group is compared between a statistically significant difference（χ2 =121.835,142.812,43.985,P 0.05）.Conclusion：Small incision non-phacoemulsification surgery patients with postoperative visual acuity visual acuity fast,good effect,intraoperative incidence rate of postoperative complications were advantages,can satisfy the FangMang work demand for treatment.
