血清S-100β蛋白、GFAP含量的变化在癫痫发作患儿中的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清S-100β蛋白、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)含量的变化在癫痫发作患儿中的意义。方法:选取35例癫痫患儿为癫痫组,35例肺炎患儿为对照组,检测两组患儿的血清S-100β蛋白、GFAP的含量,并将结果进行对比。结果:对照组患儿的血清S-100β蛋白、GFAP含量明显低于癫痫组患儿(P<0.01);癫痫组中婴幼儿痉挛症患儿的血清S-100β蛋白、GFAP含量明显高于部分性发作及全面性发作,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);部分性发作与全面性发作间无统计学差异。癫痫组患儿治疗1个月后,血清S-100β蛋白、GFAP含量明显下降,但与对照组比较,P<0.01。癫痫组患儿治疗1个月后,血清S-100β蛋白、GFAP含量明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血清S-100β蛋白、GFAP含量的变化可评估癫痫患儿的病情,又可以作为抗癫痫治疗疗效评鉴的监测方法,值得临床推广。Objective：To study the the significance of serum S-100β protein,collagen fibre acidic protein（GFAP） content changes in children with epilepsy.Methods：35 cases of children with epilepsy were selected for epilepsy group,35 cases of pneumonia patients as control group,the content of serum S-100β protein,GFAP two groups of children were detected,and the results were compared.Results：The serum S-100β protein,GFAP content was significantly lower in control group than the epilepsy patients group（P0.01）;The serum S-100β protein,GFAP was obviously higher in infant spasm of epilepsy group than partial onset seizures and comprehensive attack,（P 0.01）;Partial onset seizures and comprehensive attack was not statistically different between them.Children with epilepsy group for 1 month,serum S-100β protein,GFAP content decreases obviously,but compared with control group,P0.01.Children with epilepsy group for 1 month,serum S-100β protein,GFAP content declined obviously,and compared with control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Serum S-100β protein,GFAP content changes can be assessed epilepsy childrenapos;s condition,and can be used as anti epileptic curative effect evaluation monitoring method,it is worth clinical promotion.
