培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗肺癌的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗肺癌的临床疗效。方法:分析肺癌患者75例患者临床资料,依据化疗药物不同分为治疗Ⅰ组25例和治疗Ⅱ组50例。结果:治疗Ⅱ组临床治疗总缓解率明显高于治疗Ⅰ组,治疗Ⅱ组的毒性反应分度明显低于治疗Ⅰ组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗肺癌临床疗效明显,毒性反应小,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To approach clinical curative effect.Methods：To analyze clinical data of lung cancer 75 cases patients,which were to be divided into curingⅠgroup 25 cases and curingⅡgroup 50 cases by chemotherapeutic drugs.Results：The total remission rate of curing Ⅱ group was higher than curingⅠgroup,the toxicity index of curing Ⅱ group was lower than curing Ⅰ group,P0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of curing lung cancer by ALIMTA combined with cisplatin was obviously,toxicity reaction was little,which was to be used.
