摘　　要：基于ASP和SQL Server 2000数据库,设计了应急决策专家管理系统,并详细说明了此系统的逻辑结构、功能结构和界面设计。利用此系统,可以便于应急决策专家和专家间的关联信息、不同专家所掌握的隐性知识之间的关联信息以及应急决策专家和隐性知识之间关联信息的高效检索。The paper designs the emergency decision-making experts management system based on ASP and SQL Server 2000 database, and describes in detail the logical structure, the functional structure and the interface design of this system. This system can facilitate the efficient retrieval of the associated information among the emergency decision-making experts, the related information among the tacit knowledge stored in the experts, as well as the relevant information between emergency decision-making experts and their tacit knowledge.
