高职高专医学院校科研平台建设探析

摘　　要：近年来，高职高专医学院校加大人才引进力度，教师队伍学历结构发生显著变化，具备硕士研究生以上学历的青年教师正在逐渐成为本类院校的中坚力量。为此，高职高专医学院校应当因地制宜建设一定的科学研究平台，以实现培养教师、发挥高学历人才优势并服务地方社会经济。本文对高职高专医学院校科研平台建设的必要性、原则、方法与途径，科研平台的管理机制等进行了初步探讨。The higher vocational medical schools are bringing more and more medical talents with master degree in recent years, and this led to the change of structure of educational background in these schools. So the research platform should be built in order to culture the teachers and brandish their abilities. Basis on the facts, the necessity, the principle, the method of research platform building and the management of research platform are discussed in this paper.
