摘　　要：培养大学生的科研素质和能力是培养创新型人才的突破口和立足点，也是当前高等学校共同面临的一个发展性主题。本文通过对培养大学生科研素质与能力的必要性、重要性的分析，结合医学院校的特殊性，对培养医学院校大学生科研素质与能力的有效途径进行了探讨。At present, the cultivation and improvement for scientific research capability among college students is the basic foothold and the break-through point for cultivating innovative talents, but also an important developing theme for most Chinese colleges. Based on the analysis on the necessity and importance of cultivation for scientific research capability among college students and the facts of the particularity of medical colleges, this article discusses the way to effectively improve the scientific research capability among medical college students.
