摘 要:案例教学以案例为引导,让受教育者通过阅读、分析和思考以及相互间讨论和争辩,提高思维推理和处理问题的能力。在医学本科教学中采用案例教学,有助于调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,促进理论与实践的结合,提高学生的学习效果,培养学生发现、分析和解决问题的能力;同时,也有助于促进教师综合素质的提高,达到教学相长的目的。合理应用案例教学法能够促进医学本科教学质量。在案例教学中也存在一些问题,需要予以重视和及时解决。Case teaching improves the ability of logical reasoning and solving problem of the educated through reading, analysis and reflection and mutual discussions and debates as a case to guide. The use of case teaching in medical undergraduate teaching is helpful to arouse students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, improve the students' learning effect through a combination of theory and practice, bring up the ability of discovering , analyzing and solving problem, help to promote the teachers' colligation diathesis, promote the teaching quality of medical undergraduates by applying case teaching method. Of course, there are some difficulties in carrying out case teaching, we should strengthen the attention and resolve it in time.
