摘 要:目的探讨精神分裂症患者病情严重程度与血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)及心肌酶水平的关系。方法选择5l例精神分裂症患者作为观察组,另选取45例健康体检者作为对照组。采用简明精神病评定量袁(thebriefpsy—chiatricratingseale,BPRS)及阳性与阴性症状量表(positiveandnegativesyndromescale,PANSS)对患者病情进行评估;抽取患者静脉血液检测其血清Hcy及心肌酶水平;采用Spearman相关分析血清Hcy及心肌酶水平与BPRS,PANSS评分的关系。结果观察组血清Hcy水平(13.45±5.27/lmol/L),心肌酶水平(AST:22.67±lO.76U/L,LDH:162.67±40.20U/L,CK:123.26±74.56U/L.CK—MB:12.06士4.00U/L,a—HBDH:120.98土24.17U/L)均高于对照组Hcy水平(8.42±3.43pmol/L)及心肌酶水平(AST:18.1l±5.49U/L,I,DH:143.73±20.99U/L,CK:79.58±27.69U/L,CK—MB:8.89土1.98U/L,a—HBDH:lOg.58±20.35U/L).差异均有统计学意义(£分别为5.60,2.56,2.84.3.71.4.82.4.01,P均〈O.05)。观察组血清Hcy水平与BPRS.PANSS评分均呈正相关(r=0.33,P〈0.05;r=0.53,P〈O.05)·但心肌酶水平与BPRS及PANSS评分的相关性分析差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者血清Hcy及心肌酶水平升高,Hcy水平与精神分裂症病情严重程度有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between levels of sermn homocysteine,myocardial enzymes and clinical severity in schizophrenic patients. Methods 51 patients with schizophrenia were selected as observe group,45 healthy cases were selected as control group,BPRS and PANSS were applied to assess schizophrenia. Blood samples were collected intend- ing to detect homoeysteine and myocardial enzymes levels. Spearman correlation was applied to analyze the relationship be- tween the serum homocysteine,myocardial enzymes levels and BPRS,PANSS scores. Results The serum homocysteine lev- els (13.45±5.27 μmol/L) and myocardial enzymes levels (AST: 22.67 ± 10.76 U/L, LDH: 162.67 ± 40.20 U/L, CK: 123. 26±74.56 U/L,CK-MB: 12.06+4.00 U/L,α-HBDH: 120.98!24. 17 U/L) of observe group were significantly in- crease than control group (Hcy:8.4±3.43 gmol/L, AST: 18.11± 5.49 U/L,LDH: 143.73 ± 20.99 U/L,CK: 79.58 ± 27.69 U/L,CK-MB:8, 89±1.98 U/L,α-HBDH: 102. 58 ± 20. 35 U/L) ,t were 5.60,2.56,2.84,3.71,4.82,4.01,respec tively,P〈0.05. In observe group, the homocysteine levels showed significant positive correlation with BPRS and PANSS scores (r=0.33,0.53,P〈0.05),but the myocardial enzymes levels were no statistical significance in the correlation with BPRS and PANSS scores (P〉0.05). Conclusion Schizophrenic patients had increased levels of serum homocysteine and myocardial enzymes,illness severity of schizophrenic patients may be correlated with the levels of serum Homocysteine.
