食管癌贲门癌术后胸内吻合口瘘的诊断和治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨目前食管贲门癌手术胸内吻合口瘘的诊疗方法。方法 2006年12月～2012年8月期间,本院诊治的食管癌和贲门癌手术患者中,有1109例行胸内吻合,其中18例术后出现吻合口瘘,对其病例进行回顾性分析。结果 18例胸腔内吻合口瘘患者,经过积极治疗后,15例痊愈出院,3例死亡。结论通过目前多种针对吻合口瘘的治疗方式,配合积极的一般治疗,吻合口瘘的治愈率可以得到很大的提高。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and the treatment for the postoperative anastomotic leakage of the radical resection of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma.Methods Analyzed the clinical data of 18 patients with anastomotic leakage retrospectively out of 1109 intrathoracic anastomosis cases of radical resection for esophageal and cardiac carcinoma in our hospital from December 2006 to August 2012.Results 15 patients with intrathoracic anastomotic leakage in the 18 cases were cured after positive treatment and other 3 patients died.Conclusions The cure rate could be raised through the varied therapies for anastomotic leakage and general support treatment.
