摘 要:【目的】观察芹菜素联合环磷酰胺对动物接种宫颈癌细胞系(U14)的抑制作用。【方法】将U14瘤液接种在小鼠右前肢腋下,然后随机分组,根据实验要求,分别进行环磷酰胺治疗、芹菜素低、中、高剂量治疗、芹菜素低剂量+环磷酰胺和芹菜素中剂量+环磷酰胺治疗以及对照观察。采用腹腔注射给药方法,连续给药8d,每天观察各组小鼠饮食、精神、活动情况及瘤体生长情况,第9天称取小鼠质重,脱椎处死,取瘤块称重,计算抑瘤率以及两药相互作用系数(coeffictive of drug interaction,CDI)和Q值。【结果】接种第4天开始,对照组小鼠肿瘤结节明显比各实验组增大,小鼠活动受限、不活泼。芹菜素对肿瘤体积的影响随剂量的增加而增强。芹菜素高剂量组、环磷酰胺组及联合用药组均有抑瘤作用,以联合用药组最明显,分别为67.47%及70.48%,两者具有协同作用。芹菜素高剂量治疗组小鼠体重增加最明显,平均增加6.6g。【结论】芹菜素与环磷酰胺联合对荷瘤鼠肿瘤组织显示协同杀伤作用及芹菜素有可能减轻环磷酰胺的毒副作用。[Objective]To observe the inhibitory effect of apigenin associated with cytoxan on mice inoculated with cervical cancer(U14).[Methods]The suspension of U14 was inoculated subcutaneously in right axillary of the mice which were divided randomly into 7 groups, namely cytoxan group(CTX), apigenin of low dosage group(APIL), apigenin of mid dosage group(APIM), apigenin of high dosage group(APIH), APIL+ CTX, APIM + CTX and control group. All medicines were injected into abdominal cavity continuously for 8 days. The diet, spirit, activity, and the size of tumor were observed everyday. On 9th day, the body weight of every mice was measured and was put to death by drawing spinal card. The tumor weight was measured. The inhibitory rate of tumor of each group, the value of CDI and Q was calculated.[Results]The size of tumors in control group was bigger than other groups obviously in the fourth day after treatment. Activity was decreased. The better inhibitory effect of tumor was got with the increase of apigenin dose. CTX and it's combine groups all had the inhibitory effect, but the combine groups were obvious than others. The inhibitory rate of tumor got 67.47% and 70.48% respectively. They also had synergistic effect. The body weight increase obviously in the APIH group. The average weight increased 6.6 g.[Conclusion]Apigenin combining with cytoxan have synergistic effect in mice inoculated U14, and apigenin can decrease the side effect of cytoxan.
