基于XML的异构生物信息数据库整合技术研究

摘　　要：生物信息数据库中存储信息数量巨大,数据类型复杂多样,浏览和查询机制的效率较低。为了将网络上分布的、异构的生物信息数据库实现数据整合与共享,提出一个基于XML的异构生物信息数据库整合系统,设计系统的体系结构,阐述各模块的主要功能,介绍生物公共数据模型以及XML的特点,对基于XML的生物信息数据格式转换的步骤进行探讨。Information stored in bioinformatics databases is huge, its data types are complex and multiform, browse and query mechanism less efficient. In order to realize data integration and sharing in distributed and heterogeneous bioinformatics databases, puts forward an integration system of heterogeneous bioinformatics database based on XML, designs its architecture and expatiates the main function of each module, introduces biology common data model and the characteristic of XML, explores the format conversion steps of bioinformatics data based on XML.
