修订后的MoCA量表在老年人轻度认知功能障碍诊断中的信度和效度分析

摘　　要：目的针对蒙特利尔认知评估（MoCA）量表在中国人群实际应用中存在的不足，对其进行修订并进行信度和效度检验。方法自2011年1月至2011年8月随机、整群抽样选取西安市9所干休所196名离退休干部同时进行MoCA原量表、修订后的MoCA量表调查，1个月后随机抽样选取30名离退休干部进行重测。同时对新量表进行信度和效度检验。结果修订后的量表更符合中国老年人的文化背景及生活习惯，补充了原MoCA量表关于阅读和语言理解、书写部分的缺失。修订后的MoCA量表内部一致性较好，克朗巴赫a系数为0．862；原表总分和新表总分具有相关性．相关系数为0．878，P=-0．000。结论修订后的MoCA量表在中国老年人轻度认知功能障碍诊断中具有良好的信度和效度．更适用于我国老年人群轻度认知功能障碍的筛查和诊断。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Montreal cognitive assessment recension of Chinese version in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods One hundred and ninety-six retirements from nine Army recuperation place in Xi＇an were tested by MoCA and MoCA recension simultaneously, randomly and integrally. Thirty retirements were selected randomly and tested again one month later. The reliability and validity of MoCA recension of Chinese version in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment was evaluated. Results MoCA recension of Chinese version was accorded with the culture background and living habits, replenishing the deficiency of MoCA in reading and language comprehensions, and writing. MoCA recension, enjoying good internal consistency, had 0.862 of Cronbach, s alpha. The related coefficient of MoCA and MoCA recension was 0.878 （P=-000）. Conclusion MoCA recension of Chinese version has favorable reliability and validity, which is more suitable for clinically evaluating and diagnosing Chinese elderly people with mild cognitive impairment.
