摘　　要：提出了模糊直方图的概念及其性质 ,给出了一种用信息分配手段去构造模糊直方图的方法 ,以实例说明了模糊直方图方法在自然灾害风险分析中的应用。The conceptand nature of fuzzy histogram are proposed after analysing the traditional histogram and its flaw.The method of information distribution is introduced to construct a fuzzy histogram.An example shows how to use fuzzy histogram method in the risk analysis on natural disaster.
