摘　　要：计算出了一个新的静态Gutsunaev-Manko黑洞的视界温度，其结果表明，此黑洞存在热辐射，除了内禀奇点所在处之外，视界温度是常数，黑洞质量多极矩的存在将对内禀奇点处的视界温度产生很大影响．The event horizon temperature of a new static Gutsunaev-Manko black hole is studied. It is shown that the black hole generate thermal radiation,and the temperature on the eventhorizon is constant except the singular point. Mass tnultipole of the black hole affecting significantly the event horizon temperature at singular point.
