摘 要:目的:调查病房护士工作满意程度及其影响因素。方法:选取哈尔滨市某三级甲等医院94名病房护士作为研究对象,采用自制调查问卷对病房护士进行调查,问卷内容主要包括护士工作满意度评定量表和一般社会人口统计学资料。结果:病房护士工作满意度总分平均为(76.85±10.97)分,影响护士工作满意度的一般社会人口统计学资料主要包括年龄、婚姻状况及职称。结论:病房护士工作满意度处于中等水平,年龄、婚姻状况及职称是影响其工作满意度的主要因素。护理管理人员应通过改善工作环境,根据护士不同特点制定个性化制度,以提高护士工作满意度,进而达到提高工作质量的目的。Objective: To investigate the job satisfaction and its influencing factors among nurses worked in ward.Methods: Nurses worked in the terriary hospital of Harbin were recruited and completed the job satisfaction assessment sacle and a demographic form.Results: The total average socre of nurses' job satisfaction was(76.85±10.97),the influencing factors of job satisfaction including age,marital status,and professional title.Conclusion: The level of ward nurses' job satisfaction was moderate,the factors of sociodemographic which influencing the job satisfaction were age,maritual status,and professional title.The manager should pay more attention to improve the working conditions,and formulate the personality regulatory framework to increase the nurses' job satisfaction,in order to enhance the quality of work.
