摘　　要：分析了供应链管理环境下中小物流企业面临的问题,指出中小物流企业应通过提升核心能力、加强集成管理、发展战略联盟、重视人才培养、发挥政府宏观调控、树立企业形象等策略来发展自己。This paper analyzes the problems faced by small and medium sized logistics enterprises in supply chain management environment, puts forward that small and medium sized logistics enterprises should enhance their core ability, strengthen integrated management, develop strategic alliances, foster talent, play the government’s macroeconomic regulation and control, and set image of enterprises to develop themselves.
