摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织和胃癌癌旁组织中Cten和β-catenin的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化EnVision法检测90例胃癌组织和20例癌旁组织中Cten和β-catenin的表达。结果胃癌组织中Cten和β-catenin阳性表达率均高于胃癌旁组织（均P〈O05）。胃癌组织中Cten和β-catenin阳性表达率在临床分期、肿瘤浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移的胃癌患者之间差异均有统计学意义（均P〈O．05），而在不同年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及分化程度患者之间差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）。Cten和β-catenin阳性表达率呈正相关（P〈O．05）。结论Cten高表达和β-catenin异常表达在胃癌的发生、发展中起作用，两者联合检测应用可用于评估胃癌的转移潜能及患者的预后。Objective To investigate the expression of Cten and β -catenin in gastric carcinoma and its clinical signifi- cance. Methods The expression of Cten and β-catenin in 90 tissue samples of gastric carcinoma and 20 samples of peri- cancerous gastric mucosa was detected by immunohitochemical En Vision method. Results The expressions of Cten and β -catenin in gastric carcinoma tissues were both significantly higher than those in corresponding pericancerous gastric mucosa （ both P〈0.05 ）. The abnormal expressions of Cten and β -catenin were correlated with clinical stage, infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05 ）, but no correlated with age, sex, tumor size or degree of differentiation（P 〉0.05 ）. Expression of Cten was positively associated with expression of β-catenin （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The up-regulation of Cten and abnormal ex- pressions of β -catenin may contribute to carcinogenesis and progression of gastric cancer; Cten and β -catenin may serve as markers for lymph mode metastasis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
