乳腺癌的两种改良根治术的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较浸润性乳腺癌Auchincloss术式和Patey术式在腋窝淋巴结清扫手术中的疗效和并发症发生率。方法:回顾分析2007年12月—2010年12月收治的163例浸润性乳腺癌患者的临床资料,其中67例行Auchincloss术式,96例行Patey术式。比较术后两组腋窝淋巴结转移率、第Ⅲ组淋巴结转移情况、并发症发生率和3年总生存率。结果:术后并发症发生率Auchincloss组为22例(32.8%),Patey组为35例(36.5%),两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有患者均获得随访,随访时间1～4年,中位随访时间36个月。Auchincloss组3年总生存率为88.1%(59/67);Patey组为86.5%(83/96),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用Patey术式与Auchincloss术式治疗乳腺癌,术后并发症发生率与3年总生存率均相近。Objective：To compare the efficacy and rate of complications between two types of modified radical mastectomy, Auchincloss and Patey in axillary lymph node dissection in invasive breast cancer. Methods：A retrospective study was conduc- ted on 163 patients with invasive breast cancer from December 2007 to December 2010. Among them, 67 cases underwent Auchincloss modified radical masteetomy （Group Auchincloss）, while 96 cases underwent Patey modified radical mastectomy （Group Patey）. The complication rates and three-year overall survival of the two groups were observed. Results： The complica- tion rate of Group Auehinctoss was 32.8 %, while that in Group Patey was 36. 5%, P〉0.05. There was no significant differ- ence in the rate of three-year overall survival rate between the two groups（88.6 % vs. 86.5%, P〉0.05）. Conclusions： There is no significant difference between Auchincloss and Patey modified radical masteetomy in complication rate as well as three-year overall survival rate.
