摘　　要：班杜拉的社会学习理论强调多数情况下,人类是通过对他人的示范行为的观察、模仿进行学习的。其中三元交互理论、观察学习理论与榜样示范理论对我国当代德育有着重要指导价值。Bandura＇s social learning theory emphasizes that the formation of mankind＇s behavior is by observing and modeling other people＇s behavior. The triadic reciprocal determinism, the imitation learning and model education method in this theory play an important role in the moral education of China nowadays.
