摘　　要：目的研究大麻素受体2(CB2受体)在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和宫颈癌中的表达,探讨其在宫颈癌的发生发展中的作用和意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测正常宫颈组织、各级宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和宫颈癌中CB2受体的表达情况。结果 CB2受体在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和宫颈癌中均有表达;宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和宫颈癌中CB2受体表达水平明显高于正常组;CB2受体表达水平随组织恶性程度的增加而升高(P均<0.01)。结论 CB2受体在宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和宫颈癌中表达明显升高,且其升高水平随病变组织恶性程度的增加而增加,提示CB2受体可能在正常宫颈组织向宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈癌的逐级演变过程中起着重要作用。Objective To study the expression level and significance of cannabinoid receptor 2（CB2） in cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and cervical cancer.Methods The expression levels of CB2 in normal cervix tissue,cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and cervical cancer were measured by immunohistochemical technique.Results Higher expression level of CB2 was detected in cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and cervical cancer compared to that in normal cervical tissue.Furthermore,the expression level of CB2 was gradually increased from low-grade to high-grade in cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and cervical cancer（P 0.01）.Conclusion High expression level of CB2 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and cervical cancer suggests CB2 plays an important role in development and progress from normal cervical tissue to cervical cancer.
