摘  要:This article uses the model of BP neural networks,proposes the forecasting model of neural networks in combination with the characteristics of field emission cold cathode,and applies the data of threshold electric field of diamond thin film to test.The results show that the relative error of the model is within 6\^6% and the model possesses good forecast characteristics through simulation and imitation.This article uses the model of BP neural networks,proposes the forecasting model of neural networks in combination with the characteristics of field emission cold cathode,and applies the data of threshold electric field of diamond thin film to test.The results show that the relative error of the model is within 6\^6% and the model possesses good forecast characteristics through simulation and imitation.
