摘 要:分析岗位能力及贡献的对等关系、对不同业务岗位设量进行比较,有利于找到科学的岗位设置方法及职工价值评价方案。从某省级公共图书馆采编部门岗位设置可以看出,现阶段图书馆岗位设置存在专业技术岗位与实际岗位设置混乱、任职年限与岗位级别不能同步上升等问题。因此,事业单位改革定岗、定量及定质不应仅以职称论之,而应利用市场扛杆要素及科学试验方法,合理地度量员工的付出与回报,这样才能找到有利于图书馆事业发展及员工价值发挥的共荣方案。Analyzing the equivalence relationship of the post ability and contribution and comparing the post setting of different businesses are beneficial to researching on the scientific post setting method and the value evaluation scheme of staff. The post setting of the acquisition and cataloging department of the certain provincial public library shows that there are some problems in the post setting of libraries at present, such as the' post setting chaos of the technical post and the actual post, the desynchrony of the post time and the post level, and so on. Therefore, the post delimitation and quantity of the institution reform should not be defined according to the professional title, but measure the pay and reward of librarians reasonably using market elements and science test methods, thus finding out the common prosperity scheme which is beneficial to the development of librarianship and the exertion of librarian's values.
