国内外优秀板球运动员快速投球中投掷步技术比较研究

摘　　要：通过对我国优秀板球运动员快速投球中投掷步技术的运动学测量,并且与国外运动员在关键指标上进行比较发现:在我国运动员中存在着混合型快速投球方式,且我国运动员球出手速度较低,在投掷步开始时身体重心水平速度较低,在前脚着地至球出手期间前腿膝关节弯曲幅度较大,在球出手时前腿膝关节角较小,在投掷步中肘与腕关节的最大速度较低,投掷臂运动对球出手速度的贡献较低。因此,我国运动员成绩提高的有效途径:转变已有的混合型快速投球技术,根据自身特点选择其它合适的快速投球技术类型;注重助跑速度的适当地提高以及跳步与投掷步衔接技术的改善;在前脚着地时前腿膝关节屈曲至150°以上,然后维持这个角度直至球出手;适度地增加投掷步步长;加强投掷臂挥臂技术以及肩关节的力量训练。Fast bowling is one of the most important skills in cricket,whose core phase is delivery stride（DS）.By kinematics′ measuring about delivery stride of fast bowling in our national batman,and comparing with foreign batman on some index relative to DS.It is concluded as follow：（1） the ＂Mixed＂ type of DS existed in fast bowling of our national batman.（2）Ball release speed,horizontal velocity at begin of DS,front leg knee angle at ball release,plant angle at front foot strike are much lower,however,front leg knee flexion from front foot strike to ball release is much higher.（3）The maximum velocity of elbow and wrist during SD and the contribution of elbow to ball release speed are much lower.The essay suggests：（1）translating the mixed technique to some other one which fit to oneself.（2） focusing on the improvement of the run-up speed,the technique connecting between pre-delivery stride and DS,the front leg which flexing to more than 150° and keeping it until ball release,and to add the length of DS moderately.（3）enhancing the training of bowling arm technique and strength,and don′t emphasizing too much on the action of wrist flex at ball release in older to not influence on the action of bowling arm.
