摘　　要：前列腺干细胞抗原(PSCA)是在前列腺癌细胞中发现的细胞表面抗原,因其在膀胱癌组织中的表达与膀胱癌的发生、复发有着密切的联系,逐渐受到人们的重视。近年来,围绕PSCA的结构、功能、在膀胱癌组织中的表达(甚至PSCA基因中高风险位点基因的表达)及体外膀胱癌细胞株层面等方面的研究都取得了长足的发展。现将PSCA与膀胱肿瘤的关联性、PSCA相关基因序列等研究成果综述如下。Prostate stem cell antigen is a cell surface marker overexpressed in prostate cancer.There are progress in fields such the structure and function of PSCA,the expression of PSCA in tumors of bladder cacinomar,even some high risk genelocus in PSCA,and some extrinsic cancer cells.Our review shows the current studies,such as the relationship between PSCA and bladder tumor,and the genotype within PSCA.As the PSCA is overexpressed in bladder cancer,furthermore,the PSCA expression level could be a valuable prognostic marker for cancer and tumour recurrence.
