摘　　要：人造板材代替木材的变革,是现代家具五金产生的关键。国外现代家具五金的发展可以分为五个阶段,即:萌芽;崛起;发展;腾飞;蜕变和超越。按照国外家具五金的发展状况,现代家具五金发展的趋势可以概括为:装饰五金和功能五金走向统一;家具五金继续体现"以人为本"、"把时间设计到产品中"的设计理念;智能化在家具上的应用将成为家具五金的发展目标;基于家具新材料的新型家具五金产品是未来家具五金的研发方向;配合家具定制,家具五金进入定制时代等方面。Instead of wood,artificial board is the key for the generation of modern furniture hardware.The development of foreign modern furniture hardware is divided into 5 stages：germination,rise,develop,taking-off,transformation and transcendence.According to foreign furniture hardware status of development,the trends could be summarized as follow：the combination between decoration hardware and function hardware;design concept of people oriented and time designed into product;intelligent application,new type hardware based on new furniture material;and custom furniture hardware.
