摘 要:电网数据多样,有必要研究如何将多种数据有机整合在一起,形成适用于省、地区多级电网,可用于调度、规划,在线/离线一体的统一基础参数数据库。为此,系统论述了大电网统一数据库建设的关键技术,包括离线数据整合技术、数据协同技术等。此外,还阐述了大电网统一数据库系统的具体设计和实现方案,给出了大电网统一数据库的系统架构方案、硬件方案、软件方案、数据存储方案以及数据协同方案。所设计的大电网统一数据库已在河南省调和18个地调成功应用,运行效果良好。In view of the diversity of power grid data,it is necessary to research how to organically integrate various types of data to form a unified basic parameter database with on-line/off-line database interface that is suitable for multi-level power grid containing provincial and regional power networks and applicable to automation,dispatching,planning.For this reason,key technologies,including off-line data integration and data collaboration and so on,for the construction of unified database of large-scale power grid are systemically discoursed upon.Besides,the concrete design and implementation schemes of unified database for large-scale power grid are expounded,and the architecture of application system,hardware and software solution,data storage scheme and data collaboration scheme are also illustrated in detail.The designed unified database for large-scale power gird has been successfully applied in Henan provincial dispatching center and dispatching departments of 18 regional power networks and the operation effects are satisfactory.
