摘  要:目的:探讨互联网络成瘾(IAD)青少年的脑电信号特点及可能的发生机制。方法:描记符合诊断标准的38例IAD患者和35例健康对照者的脑电图(EEG),进行目测阅图和功率谱组间对比分析,并对异常程度与IAD时间做组内相关性分析。结果:EEG目测阅图结果显示,IAD组EEG异常率明显高于对照组,病变部位主要是额区,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);IAD组EEG异常程度与IAD时间无明显关联性(P〉0.05)。EEG相对功率值分析显示,与正常对照组相比,IAD组双侧额、颞区慢波(δ、θ波)功率增高。结论:IAD青少年EEG结果提示额、颞区脑功能处于抑制状态,抑制程度与IAD的时间不相关;推测大脑额、颞区兴奋性降低是导致IAD的可能原因之一。Objective:To approach the EEG features and possible mechanism of adolescents with internet addiction disorder(IAD). Methods:The EEG of 38 patients with IAD and 35 healthy subjects were recorded and the figures with visual reading maps and power spectrum were compared. The correlation of the abnormal degree and addiction time was analyzed. Results:The abnormal rate of lAD group was higher than that of the control group, the lesion was mainly frontal area,and the difference was significant(P 〈0.05) ; In the internet addiction group EEG abnormalities associated with IAD time had no significant correlation (P〉0. 05). Brain electrical power value analysis showed that, compared with normal controls, the bilateral frontal and temporal slow waves (δ,θwave) power increased. Conclusion: IAD teenagers results suggest frontal and temporal brain function in the inhibited state, the degree of inhibition and the time are not related to IAD;Presumably the reduclion of brain frontal,and temporal area excitability is one of the possible causes leading to IAD.
