摘　　要：知识经济时代的到来为企业发展提供了新契机。企业发展的关键在于创新。林业企业有其特殊的行业性质，要建立现代林业企业制度实现经济增长方式的转变，关键在于林业企业的技术创新。林业企业技术创新是一个崭新的课题。本文通过对创新和技术创新内涵的分析，结合林业企业技术创新的特殊性，提出了林业企业技术创新活动的一般程序。The coming of the epic of knowledge economy supplies a new change for the development of enterprise. The key of the development of enterprise is innovation. The forestry enterprise has its special character of profession. The key to set up the system of modem forestry enterprise and change the way of economy growth is the forestry enterprise technology innovation. The technology innovation of forestry enterprise is a new problem. Through the analysis of conception of innovation and technology innovation,combining the particularity of forestry enterprise technology innovation, the paper puts forward the general program of the activity of forestry enterprise technology innovation.
