摘　　要：进入九十年代 ,日本大企的传统生产经营方式未能及时应对外部环境的巨大变化而加以调整 ,使它们陷入新的危机 ,能否随着外部环境变化而随“机”应变 ,将决定日本企业乃至整个日本经济的未来命运。Up to 1990s,the traditional production management type of the Japanese big enterprises haven't been able to regulate the managerial strategy to fit in with the great changes of external environment without delay.Because of this reason,Japan happens new crisis.Whether Japan can adjust herself to the circumstances according to the change of external environment,will determine the future fortune of Japanese enterprise or even the whole economy of Japan.
