摘 要:目的了解基层医院护士的自我效能感现状及其影响因素,为护理管理者进行进一步决策提供参考依据。方法采用一般自我效能感量表和护士工作压力量表对随机抽取的两所综合性二甲医院375名注册护士进行调查。结果护士一般自我效能感得分为(2.47±0.57)分,明显低于量表常模和军队医院护士群体水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);不同婚姻状况、职称、职务、聘用形式、月平均夜班天数等护士的一般自我效能感得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同收入护士之间的一般自我效能感得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护士工作压力量表中的护理专业及工作、工作量与时间分配及患者护理三个维度得分与护士的自我效能感成负相关(P<0.05)。结论基层护士的一般自我效能感处于较低水平,且影响因素较复杂,亟待进一步提高。Objective To understand the self-efficacy status of primary hospital nurses and its influencing factors to provide further decisions reference for nurse managers. Methods General Self-Efficacy Scale and Nurses Working Pressure Scale were used to sur- vey 375 registered nurse randomly selected from two comprehensive primary hospital. Results Score of General Self-Efficacy Scale was(2.47±0.57), significantly lower than the norm and the army hospital nurse population level, the differences were statistically signifi- cant(P〈0.001). Score of General Self-Efficacy Scale between different marital status, job title, duties, form of employment, monthly av- erage night shift days were statistically different(P〈0.05); while scores between different income were not statistically different(P〉0.05). Nursing profession and work, workload and time allocation and patient care score in Nurses Working Pressure Scale were negatively correlated with a sense of self-efficacy (P〈O.OS).Conclusion General self-efficacy level is low in primary hospital nurses, and its in- fluencing factors are complex, which needs to further improve.
