高校学科网资源建构有控自组织管理机制研究

摘　　要：分析高校学科网资源建构的组织现状和资源他组织模式的特点,提出Web2.0环境下基于自组织和他组织相结合的学科网资源建构有控自组织管理模式,通过把学科用户纳入学科网资源建构有控自组织框架,实现学科用户互动协同的学科资源获取、共享和使用的环境。结合中国矿业大学学科网资源建构案例,建立学科资源系统、用户学习互动系统、科研能力系统、共享服务系统和学科网门户于一体的高校学科网资源建构管理机制。Based on the analysis of the present situation of university subject net resources construction and the characteristics of resource hetero-organization model, the controllable self-organization model of subject net resources construction based on self-organization and hetero-organization combined is introduced in Web2.0 environment. Through the inclusion of subject users into the subject net resources construction in building controllable self-organization framework, the environment of subject user interaction, coordinated access to disci- pline lesources sh^uing and using is realized. Combined with the subject net resources construction case of China University of Mining and Technology, the university subject net resources construction management mechanism integrating with subject resource system, user learning interactive system, research capability system, sharing service system and subject net portal is established.
