知识管理视角下集群网络企业竞争优势提升研究——来自黑龙江装备制造业企业的证据

摘　　要：以知识管理能力为中介变量,在对国内外网络结构和知识管理能力文献回顾的基础上构建网络结构、知识管理能力与企业竞争优势三者关系的概念模型,并提出了研究假设,根据对56家集群企业进行问卷调查所获得的数据,运用结构方程模型对上述概念模型进行实证研究。结果表明,网络结构三个维度对知识管理能力四个维度有直接或间接的显著影响,网络结构通过知识管理能力对企业竞争优势产生间接影响。Choosing knowledge management ability as intermediary variable, this paper reviews the literature of network structure and knowledge management capabilities and proposes a conceptual model for the relationships among network structure, knowledge manage- ment capabilities, and enterprise competitive advantage. Using the questionnaire data from 56 cluster enterprises, the conceptual model is tested with a structural equation model. The results indicate that network structure has a significantly positive impact on knowledge man- agement capabilities and has indirect impact on enterprise competitive advantage through the mediating role of knowledge management ca- pabilities
