三种麻醉剂在口腔不同诊疗中的麻醉疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨利多卡因、含肾上腺素利多卡因和必兰在口腔不同诊疗中的麻醉效果。方法:选取拔髓、拔牙和门诊清创缝合及小手术患者,均随机分为三组,其中拔髓治疗64例(A1、B1和C1组);拔牙治疗104例(A2、B2和C2组);门诊清创缝合及小手术治疗51例(A3、B3和C3组),分别用利多卡因、含肾上腺素利多卡因和必兰进行麻醉,观察三种麻醉剂在不同诊疗中的麻醉效果。结果:在拔髓治疗中,含肾上腺素利多卡因和必兰麻醉效果好于利多卡因,P<0.01;含肾上腺素利多卡因和必兰麻醉效果无明显差异,P>0.05。在拔牙治疗中,含肾上腺素利多卡因和必兰麻醉效果好于利多卡因,P<0.05;含肾上腺素利多卡因和必兰麻醉效果无明显差异,P>0.05。在门诊清创缝合及小手术治疗中,三种麻醉剂的麻醉效果无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:三种麻醉剂在口腔不同诊疗中的麻醉效果不同,临床上可根据治疗项目所需麻醉强度及实际情况选择适宜的麻醉剂,以求达到麻醉效果好、经济、方便、安全的目的。Objective：To explore the anesthetic effect with three anesthetic in oral clinical projects. Methods： The pa- tients of pulp pulling, tooth extraction and debridement or minor surgery were selected in the experiment. All patients were divided into three groups randomly. The pulp pulling treatment projects, 64 cases（A1, B1 group and C1 group）. Tooth extraction treatment projects, 104 cases（A2, t32 group and C2 group）. Debridement or minor surgery treatment projects, 51 cases（A3,133 group and C3 group）. Lidocaine, epinephrine-containing lidocaine and Lan were used in the three group patients. The effects of anesthetic efficacy with lidocaine.epinephrine-containing lidocaine and Lan were observed in the three oral clinical projects. Results： In the pulp pulling treatment projects, the anesthetic effects of epinephrine-containing lidocaine and Lan were better than lidocaine, P〈0. 01;the anesthetic effect of epinephrine-contai- ning lidocaine and Lan has no significant difference, P〈0. 05. In the tooth extraction treatment projects, the anesthetic effects of epinephrine-containing lidocaine and Lan was better than lidocaine, P〈0. 05;the anesthetic effect of epinephrine-containing lidocaine and Lan has no significant difference, P〈0. 05. In the Debridement or minor surgery treatment projects, the anesthetic effects of lidocaine, epinephrine-containing lidocaine and Lan have no significant difference, P〈0. 05. Conclusion：The anesthetic effects of Lidocaine, epinephrine-containing lidocaine and Lan were differently in dif- ferent oral clinic proiects. The selecting of anesthesia can be according to the requirement of treatment and the actual situation. In order to achieve the anesthetic effect, economic and convenient security purposes.
