摘  要:受制于资源短缺与环境压力,节能降耗、集约生产成为经济发展的必由之路。饭店业是我国消费领域影响面较广的部门,也是能源与资源消耗较多的服务行业,其中,空调、热水、照明和机电四大部分占饭店总能耗的80%-90%。因此,推动低碳技术扩散,普及低碳设备的运用对实现饭店业节能减排、低碳化经营有着重要作用。本文在对粤港澳地区星级饭店企业与节能企业中高层管理人员及饭店学术专家调研的基础上,构建了饭店业低碳技术扩散障碍因素的评价指标体系,并确定指标权重。通过模糊综合评价法,分别从技术市场、信息媒介、企业内部和外部环境四个维度出发,探索当前饭店业低碳技术扩散的主要障碍因素及其来源。主要结论为,饭店内部障碍是制约低碳技术扩散的决定性因素,低碳设备成本与性能是主要市场因素,信息媒介障碍制约着低碳技术扩散的速度和范围,外部环境障碍表现为消费者与政府的理解支持不足等,在此基础上提出了相应的发展建议与研究展望。Being restricted to the shortage of resources and environmental pressure, energy saving and consumption reduction, and intensive production become inevitable choices for the economic development. The hospitality industry has a wide range of influence in the consumer sector, and at the same time it is an important service industry which consumes a lot of resource and energy. For hospitality industry, 80% -90% of energy is consumed mainly in hot water consumption, lighting, air-conditioning and electromech- anieal usage. Therefore, promoting low-carbon technology diffusion and popularization application of low-carbon utilization of equipment play an important role in hospitality industry energy saving and emission reduction and low-carbon management. According to a survey on hotels related low-carbon technology supply companies located in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and the interviews of academic experts in hospitality management research field, this paper constructed the low-carbon technology diffusion barrier factor evaluation index system of hospitality industry and determined the index weight. Through the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the paper explored the main obstacle factors of low-carbon technology diffusion and sources from the four dimensions, which were technology market, information media, internal obstacles of enterprise and external environment. The main conclusions were the determinant constraint factor of low-carbon technology diffusion, cost and performance of low-carbon equipment was mainly the market factor, information medium barrier restricted the speed and range of low-carbon technology diffusion, and external environment barrier reflected the lack of understanding and supporting of consumer and government. In the end, the paper put forward a referenced suggestions to speed up low-carbon technology diffusion in hospitality industry.
