摘　　要：目的探讨内镜直视下置入记忆合金支架治疗晚期食管癌所致管道狭窄的临床疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析2009～2011年收治、失去手术治疗机会并接受内镜直视下带膜镍钛记忆合金网格支架植入术的晚期食管癌患者,根据临床和预后综合评价其疗效和安全性。结果所有患者均一次性成功放置内支架,支架置入后吞咽功能明显改善且无严重并发症。结论内镜下置入带膜记忆合金支架治疗晚期食管癌操作简单、疗效可靠、安全性高,是适用于临床推广的姑息性非手术治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of met allic stent with endoscopy in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer stenosis.Methods Retrospective analysis of patients（2009-2011） with advanced esophageal cancer were treated with polyethylene-covered met allic stents,comprehensive evaluation of the efficacy and safety based on the clinical and prognostic.Results Stent placement was successful in all patients without serious stent-related complications,and the swallowing function improved significantly.Conclusion Polyethylene-covered met allic stents with endoscopy in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer stenosis is a simple,effective and reliable,safety method,and is a palliative treatment of non-surgical method and suitable for clinical promotion.
