普通切口与小切口切除兔第三眼睑手术方式比较

摘　　要：目的比较普通切口手术和小切口手术切除兔第三眼睑的差异。方法取8周大新西兰白兔6只共12只眼,随机分为两组,一组行普通切口手术,一组行小切口手术,比较手术时间,手术操作的繁简程度及术后效果。结果与普通切口手术相比,小切口手术具有耗时短,手术操作相对简单,愈合快,眼表环境干扰少等优点,是值得推广的手术方式。结论小切口手术是一种值得推广的切除兔第三眼睑的手术方式。Objective Compare the difference of normal and small incision operation for the third eyelid resection of rabbits.Methods Eight-week old New Zealand rabbits were divided into two groups.There are 3 rabbits（6 eyes） in each group.One group was received normal incision operation to cut the third eyelid,and the other group was received small incision operation.The operation time,difficulty of manipulation and result of operation in different groups were compared.Results The small incision operation has advantages such as time-saving,easy-handling,quick healing and less interference to ocular surface environment.The small incision operation is a worth expanding operation mode for the third eyelid resection in rabbits.Conclusion Small incision surgery is a excised rabbit eyelid surgery is worth promoting.
