摘　　要：由于在拨号上网时的 IP地址是由 ISP动态分配的 ,一般用户并不知道它的具体值 ,但在某些特殊的情况下 ,我们需要知道本机确切的 IP地址 ,因此介绍了用 Delphi 4编程 ,通过调用 Windows Sockets函数获取本机动态 IP地址的方法。General user does not know the specific value of their dynamic IP address,because these addresses are distributed by their ISP at random.But under some special condition,we should know the accurate dynamic IP address of local machine.The paper tells how to get local dynamic IP address by call Windows Socket DLL with Delphi 4.
