眼内异物的A／B超诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨眼科A／B超对眼内异物的诊断、定位及对手术的指导意义。方法回顾分析38例（38眼）眼内异物的A／B型超声图像，并与手术所见进行对比观察。结果A／B超眼内异物的检出率为97．36％；术前术后磁性试验阳性符合率91．66％；异物致眼内继发改变诊断符合率87．50％。结论A／B超对眼内异物的诊断、定位有独到之处。磁性试验结果及眼内继发改变对手术有重要意义。Objective To explore the significance of A/B - mode ultrasonic diagnostic equipment for diagnosing and locating the intraocular foreign body （IOFB）. Methods Retrospectively analyze the A/ B-mode sonogram results of 38 patients with IOFBs. The sonographic results were compared with the images observed during the operation. Results The IOFB detection rate was 97.36% for A/B - mode ultrasonic diagnostic equipment. The magnetic test coincidence rate was 91.66% for IOFB. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 87.50% for intraocular secondary changes induced by IOFB. Conclusion The A/B - mode ultra-sonic examination is important for diagnosing and locating IOFB. Its results are helpful for choosing the sur- gical mode.
