复方茵陈注射液处方中增溶剂的选择

摘　　要：目的:选择增溶效果好而不良反应少的药用辅料。方法:分别采用泊洛沙姆188、吐温80作为增溶剂制备复方茵陈注射液,检查药物微粒数量、栀子苷含量、药液pH值、溶血与凝聚等指标变化。结果:2种复方茵陈注射液的栀子苷含量、pH值、微粒数、溶血与凝聚指标均合格。结论:泊洛沙姆188与吐温80具有同等增溶效果,可选择泊洛沙姆作为新一代增溶辅料。OBJECTIVE： To select pharmaceutical adjuvant with sound solubilizing effect and little ADR. METHODS： Com- pound yinchen injection was prepared with poloxamer-188 and tween-80 as solubilizer. The number of drug microparticle, the con- tent of jasminoidin, pH value of drug solution, hemolysis and coacervation were determined. RESULTS： The content of jasminoi- din, pH value, the number of drug microparticle, hemolysis and coacervation of 2 kinds of Compound yinchen injection were all qualified. CONCLUSION： Poloxamer-188 has the same solubilizing effects as tween-80. Poloxamer-188 is an appropriate choice in the new generation of solubilizing adjuvant.
