摘　　要：本文是一篇有关美国精神疾病诊断系统中早泄诊断标准演变的综述,重点谈论DSM-Ⅳ到DSM-5的演变过程和临床意义,以及还存在哪些问题等,用来指导对早泄的研究和治疗。DSM-Ⅳ早泄诊断标准引进我国之后,对男科学界产生深远影响,而DSM-5的颁布也一定会掀起又一轮研究早泄的热潮。本文在DSM-5早泄诊断标准最后征求意见稿的发表过程中捷足先登,与同道进行交流,为今后引进早泄诊断标准起到铺路搭桥的作用,对早泄的进一步研究也不无裨益。This paper reviews the evolution of the criteria for the diagnosis of premature ejaculation in the United States. It focuses on the evolmion process from DSM - IV to DSM - 5, the clinical significance of the evolution, and the existing problems. DSM - IV has made a profound difference in the fields of andrology after it was introduced into China. Currently, the issuing of DSM - 5 is very likely to incur even greater interest in the studies of premature ejaculation. This paper, published before the final draft of DSM - 5, aims to pave the way for the future introduction of DSM - 5 into China. It is also an attempt to facilitate the fu- ture studies of premature ejaculation.
