明目颗粒联合阿昔洛韦治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨明目颗粒联合阿昔洛韦治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例(80只眼)单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的患者随机分为2组。对照组使用0.1%阿昔洛韦眼液滴眼以及阿昔洛韦片口服,观察组在对照组用药的基础上,加服中药明目颗粒。2周为1个疗程,连续服药4周后统计疗效,随访半年。观察患者眼部刺激症状与体征的变化,评价综合临床疗效,监测药物的不良反应。结果观察组综合临床疗效的治愈率及总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),眼部症状与体征的改善、角膜知觉的恢复、平均治愈时间以及角膜炎症复发的控制率与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者用药后血尿常规及肝肾功能检查均未见异常。结论明目颗粒联合阿昔洛韦治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎,较单纯应用阿昔洛韦治疗在临床疗效及安全性方面均具有明显优势。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of the Mingmu Particle combined with acyclovir to treat herpes simplex keratitis.METHODS Eighty patients with herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into 2 groups equally.Control group was given 0.1% acyclovir eye drops and oral acyclovir tablets,while the observation group combined with Mingmu Particle,two weeks as a course of treatment.After 4 weeks of continuous medication,effectiveness was evaluated,and was followed-up for six months.Eye irritation symptoms,signs of change,clinical curative effect and the adverse reactions of drug were observed and evaluated.RESULTS The cure rate and total effective rate of clinical curative effect in observation group were better than that of the control group（P0.05）,and the differences were statistically significant in the eye symptoms and signs of improvement,the recovery of the corneal sensation,the average healing time and recurrence of corneal inflammation control rate comparing with the control group（P0 05）.The routine blood and urine,liver and kidney function tests were normal after treatment for both groups.CONCLUSIONS Mingmu Particle combined with acyclovir had obvious better and safer effect in treating herpes simplex keratitis than using acyclovir alone.
