摘 要:目的掌握2006-2011年自贡市居民食用碘盐现状,及时发现问题并采取相应措施,为进一步推动持续消除碘缺乏病工作提供科学依据。方法根据四川省碘盐监测方案和实施细则的要求,采用随机抽样方法对盐碘含量进行定量监测,并对2006-2011年自贡市居民食用碘盐检测结果进行分析。结果 2006-2011年自贡市碘盐覆盖率分别为97.63%、97.57%、96.82%、97.22%、98.03%和97.57%。合格碘盐食用率分别为91.67%、92.25%、94.27%、95.08%、94.33%和93.63%。结论自贡市居民户碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率趋于平稳,但非碘盐和不合格碘盐问题局部地区依然存在,相关部门应继续加大打击私盐力度,杜绝非碘盐流入市场,加强健康教育,确保居民食用合格碘盐。Objective To understand current status of iodized sak among residents in Zigong during 2006 - 2011, and to provide scientific basis for eliminating iodine deficiency diseases. Methods Random sampling and quan- titative monitoring methods were carried out under authorized standard. Data of iodine content in the cooking salt collected from residents in Zigong during 2006 - 2011 was statistically analyzed. Results During 2006 -2011, the coverage rate of iodized salt were 97.63%, 97.57%, 96. 82%, 97.22%, 98.03% and 97.57% respectively , and the annual edible rate of qualified iodized salt was 91.67%, 92. 25%, 94.27%, 95.08%, 94. 33% and 93.63% respectively.
