摘  要:通过设计不同配方,制备了UV丝网印刷油墨,研究了预聚物、光引发剂、活性稀释剂、颜料的种类和含量对UV绿色油墨的固化时间、附着力、柔韧性和耐溶剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:聚酯丙烯酸酯和聚氨酯丙烯酸酯组成的复合预聚物体系,使UV油墨具有优良的性能;当预聚物复合体系质量分数为51%,其中聚酯丙烯酸酯和聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的质量比为4∶1,Darocur1173质量分数为7%,绿色颜料为4%,活性稀释剂HD-DA为33%时,UV油墨的综合性能最佳。UV screen printing ink was prepared through formula design. The influence of prepolymer, photoinitiator, active diluent, and pigment on curing time, adhesion, flexibility and chemical resistance properties of the green UV- curable ink was studied. The result showed that the composite prepolymer system of polyester acrylate and polyurethane acrylate can give excellent performance to the UV-eurable ink; the comprehensive performance of the ink is the best when the mass fraction of the prepolymer system is 51% , in which polyester acrylates and urethane acrylates mass ratio is 4 : 1, Darocurl173 is 7%, the green pigment is 4% , and the active diluents HDDA is 33%.
