团体治疗对年轻女性精神分裂症患者生活质量及自尊的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨团体治疗对35岁以下年轻女性精神分裂症患者生活质量及自尊的影响，为临床提供护理方法。方法将58例35岁以下女性精神分裂症患者按入院顺序分为治疗组及对照组各29例，对照组患者接受抗精神病药物治疗和常规健康教育，治疗组在此基础上给予结构式团体治疗。采用精神分裂症患者生活质量量表（SQLS）及自尊量表（SES）分别在入院1周后及出院时对两组患者进行测评并比较结果。结果两组患者入院1周时，SQLS评分及SES评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；出院时，治疗组患者SQLS评分为（27．45±2．524）分，低于对照组的（35．34±4．377）分，差异有统计学意义（t=4．297，P〈0．05）；出院时治疗组患者SES评分为（25．59±1．22）分，高于对照组的（22．97±1．13）分，差异有统计学意义（t=6．163，P〈0．05）。结论团体治疗能提高年轻女性精神分裂症患者的自尊水平，改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of group therapy on the quality of life and self-esteem for young women under the age of 35 with schizophrenia, so as to provide clinical nursing. Methods A total of 58 cases women under the age of 35 with schizophrenia were divided into the treatment group and control group according to their admission time, each with 29 cases. The control group received conventional antipsychotic treatment and health education, while the treatment group received structured group therapy in addition. Schizophrenic quality of life scale （SQLS） and self-esteem scale （SES） were used to assess and compare two groups of patients in the first week after admission and on discharge. Results In the first week after admission, there was no statistically significant difference between the scores of SQLS and SES （P 〉 0.05 ）. On discharge, the score of SQLS in the treatment group was （27.45 ± 2. 524）, while that in the control group was （35.34 ± 4. 377 ）, and the difference was statistically significant （ t = 4.297, P 〈 0.05 ）. The score of SES was （25.59 ± 1.22） in the treatment group, and （22.97 ± 1.13 ） in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （t = 6. 163, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Group therapy can improve the level of self-esteem and life quality for young women under the age of 35 with schizophrenia.
