汉代西域人士的中原憧憬与国家归向——西域都护府建立后的态势与举措

摘　　要：西域都护府建立后,采取各项措施,贯彻以"安辑"为主的施政方针,凭藉中原充盈的财力,团结争取西域各绿洲城国。当时憧憬中原的西域上层人物,派遣至京城的使者络绎不绝,形成了人员交往的热潮,推动着民族间的融和与社会的演进,也使代表汉廷的都护府赢得了各绿洲城国的信赖,享有很高的威望。故王莽失败东汉初建时,西域各地屡次请求归附,期盼汉廷重派都护。正是在此有利的情势下,著名的班氏父子得到有力的支持,重新完成了国家统一西域的大业。Since the foundation of the Governor-General Office in the Western Regions in the 3rd year of the Shengjue reign of Xuandi emperor (59BC),the Han dynasty had taken a serials of measures focusing on pacification policy on the base of its sufficient financial resources to unite the oasis city states in the Western Regions.The upper circles and messengers from the Western Regions had come to the capital one after another from then on,a upsurge in communication to promote the ethnical harmony and society forward.The Governor-General Office on behalf of the Han Dynasty had enjoyed confidence and high prestige in the oasis states.Even during the Wang Mang's reign and at the beginning of the Eastern Han,the Western Regions repeatedly demanded to submit to and wished the court to dispatch the Governor-General again.The famous Ban Chao and his son Ban Yong was therefore supported forcefully by the Western Regions when they were dispatched as governor-general to the Western Regions and reunited the Western Regions finally.
