摘 要:自动导引小车(AGV)应用无接触供电技术突破了传统动力只能采用电池的不足,同时还可以利用原边电缆对小车进行导引控制。在详细分析了原边电缆周围电磁场分布情况的基础上,通过对磁场检测方式的研究,完成了采用CPS供电模式的AGV导引传感器模块的设计与开发,实现了电缆偏差位置检测。实验测得位置偏差0~8mm以内,控制精度在±5mm以内,实验结果表明这种模块稳定,可靠,应用在AGV的自动导引中收到了很好的效果。The Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) solved the lack of the traditional power only with battery by the Contactless Power Supply (CPS);also the primary side cable can be used to the route of the vehicle.An electromagnetic sensor module of AGV has been designed concentrating on the way of magnetic field detection,which is based on the detailed analysis of the electromagnetic field around the primary side cable.The experiment measured the position deviation within 0-8mm, and the control accuracy within -5-5mm.The electromagnetic sensor module is proved to have the well effect on the automated guidance of an AGV as well as the aspects of robustness and stability by the experiment result.
