摘　　要：共轭亚油酸因具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、提高免疫力等多种重要生理功能，已成为当前研究热点，本文对其生理功能及影响其在反刍动物体内合成的因素进行了综述。Conjugated linoleic acid（CLA） is a kind of natural active ingredients which have wide effects on anti-cancer, reducing the fat deposition ,enhancing the immunity, and it had been widely used in the food industry. In this paper, the physiological functions, the synthesis route of the CLA and the factors that affects the synthesis of CLA were reviewed.
