摘 要:工读学校学生往往因情绪或行为方面的问题,无法在普通学校继续完成学业,从而在工读学校接受封闭式的管理和教学。本次访谈报告以某工读学校初三学生为对象,介绍了其进入工读学校的原因,并深入探讨其问题行为背后的心理过程,以及进入工读学校后发生的心理及行为的变化。最后本文根据在访谈过程中了解到的访谈对象自身及工读学校的学习和生活状况,对此类学生的教育和培养工作提出了一些建议和反思。Students were forced into reformatory school usually because of their emotional or behavioral problems. They can' t continued their academic work in ordinary schools so their guardians send them to reformatory schools for enclosed management and teaching. This interview took a junior three student from a reformatory school as object, and this article introduced his reason for entering reformatory school, discussed psychological process behind these behavioral problems, and mental and behavioral changes after entering reformatory school. Finally the author proposed some suggestions and reflections for educating these students according to information about the interview objects and reformatory schools the author got during the interview.
