摘　　要：通过政策研究、资深专家访谈和文献查阅,对上海市儿童医疗保险体系的历史发展、当前运行进行分析和梳理,凝练出上海市儿童医疗保险体系存在的问题。经过理论论证,提出整合上海市少儿住院基金和上海市城镇居民医疗保险的观点,并对相关医疗保险制度筹资和报销方面的改进提出再设计的建议。This research analyzed historical development,current operation status and problems of Shanghai children medical insurance through policy study,expert consultation and literature review.The idea of integration of Children Hospitalization Mutual Fund and Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Residents and several recommendations on financing and reimbursement of Shanghai children medical insurance were put forward in this study.
