摘  要:曾国藩官京都时,一心理学,修身善望,对鸦片战争不甚关心,不甚了解,强调京都"如无事时"。中年,一心"剿发"、"剿捻",对第二次鸦片战争"专吉君臣大义",都拒绝派兵北援,又认为侵略者未摧毁清朝庭政权,是"有德于我";同意"借夷助剿",但主张暂缓其行;积极仿造洋炮洋船,目的是"剿发逆,勤远略"。晚年,扩大"洋务"活动,开洋务运动的先河;处理天津教案,思想上矛盾重重,行动上畏葸妥协,"内愧神明,外惭清议"。主张"羁縻外交"和"诚信外交"。Zeng Guofan, in Kyoto, liking psychology, having moral good hope, caring little about the Opium War, did not understand it very much, emphasized the Kyoto "if there was no matter". When he was middle-aged, liked "suppression", "exploring twist ", about the second Opium War "Ji Jun interests", refused to send troops north aid, and thought that the court did not destroy the Qing regime, "doing favour for me. " He agreed to lend aid suppression, hut advocated waiting the active copy; actively imitated ocean ships and guns, the purpose was to "destroy hair inverse, often far slightly". In his later life, he expanded the "Westernization" activity, opened Westernization Movement precedent; processed Tianjin lesson plans, ideological contradictions, action didn't compromise, "Neikui gods, the can-proposed". He advocated "Jimi diplomacy" and "integrity of diplomacy".
